Your Residences Director is your sole point of contact for all matters relating to your tenancy.
The concierge team are on hand 24/7 to assist with any enquiries, receive postal deliveries and dry-cleaning drop-offs, arrange for any maintenance visits, and a host of other services. They’re on hand to help secure access to the best that London has to offer whether restaurant reservations with preferred seating requests or entertainment bookings at the theatre or sports events.
We know that moving home can be stressful, but Rhodium will ensure your new apartment is all set up for you before you arrive. Our Residences Director and Concierge Team will personally welcome you and introduce you to the services, and provide a tour of the communal facilities. On your behalf, they will inform utility companies and the Council of your tenancy, and be on hand to assist with any questions around setting up utility and council tax bill payments.
Rhodium’s maintenance team are on hand to solve any maintenance issues arising in your apartment, ensuring these are handled quickly and efficiently. They can also provide a quote for anything outside of what’s included in the service.
Your Residences Director ensures the smooth running of the entire building ensuring five-star hotel standards of service, cleanliness and comfort.
As your tenancy comes to an end, Rhodium will support you in meeting your responsibilities before departure.
